This free service is used to identify your cargo in Miami in a shorter time, so that it can be entered into your box and shipped in the shortest possible time.

To preAlert your purchases you need the confirmation email that you receive from the store once your purchases are sent by them. Don't forget to perform your Pre-alert before your purchases arrive at our warehouse in Miami.
If your cargo is in Miami without an invoice, you can upload it to our system by going to MY ACCOUNT And then selecting the option Cargo Tracking.

In the column Invoice On the right side, you can select the option to raise the bill for the corresponding charge.
