Packaging

Keep in mind that when transporting your packages, handling is inevitable, so proper packaging will be the best ally to ensure that your purchases arrive at their destination in excellent condition.

You can request the repacking service in advance at the pre-alert form, when you know beforehand that your purchase will require it.

Similarly, if the package is detected as fragile and underpackaged in our warehouse in Miami, you will receive a notification in your email, where you can accept or reject the repackage.

What does packaging consist of?
Packaging is a container or wrapper that temporarily holds one or more products. This aims to group and protect these products when they are handled, transported and stored. Thanks to optimal packaging, it is possible to preserve the quality of the merchandise to be shipped and at the same time it is kept safe, in all the operations in which it is involved.

Packaging functions:

  • Protection: Keeps the product in good condition, while it is being transported and stored.
  • Identification: provides information on the characteristics of the product and how to handle it, thus reducing deterioration.
  • Cargo handling: Makes it easy to count, distribute and transport packages.

Repack

Sometimes the packaging provided by the store where you made the purchase is not suitable for transportation from Miami to Mongolia. For this reason, in order to provide safety and quality as part of our service, we offer you the option of repacking, to prevent items from arriving damaged by manipulation during the process. Omniva offers you two types of repackaging that will protect your merchandise along the way; wood or large bubble whose costs are described below:

Wooden Box: This is a custom-made box, cured and certified for export, whose objective is to protect the package from impacts that may occur in transport, due to the stiffness it maintains.




Large Bubble: These compressed air sheets provide good protection for lightweight items, they are a flexible material that allows you to wrap products of almost any shape or size.
