Keep in mind that handling is inevitable when transporting your packages, so proper packaging will be the best ally to ensure that your purchases arrive at their destination in excellent condition.
You can request the repacking service in advance at the pre-alert form, when you know beforehand that your purchase will require it.
In the same way, if the package is detected as fragile and with insufficient packaging in our warehouse in Miami, you will receive a notification to your email, where you can accept or reject the repackaging.
What does packaging consist of?
Packaging is a container or wrapper that contains one or more products on a temporary basis. This has the objective of grouping and protecting these products when they are handled, transported and stored. Thanks to optimal packaging, it is possible to preserve the quality of the merchandise to be shipped and at the same time it is kept safe, in all those operations in which it is involved.
Packaging functions:
- Protection: keeps the product in good condition, while being transported and stored.
- Identification: provides information on the characteristics of the product and the way to handle it, thus reducing deterioration.
- Cargo handling: makes it easier to count, distribute and transport packages.
Repack
Sometimes the packaging provided by the store where you made the purchase is not suitable for transportation from Miami to Mongolia. For this reason, in order to provide safety and quality as part of our service, we offer you the option of repacking, to prevent items from arriving damaged by manipulation during the process.
