• The products to be exempted must be for personal or family enjoyment only.
• The applicant must be a natural person.
• Submit the documentation requested by Omniva to carry out the procedure.
• The CIF value of the merchandise may not exceed 2200 dollars (invoice cost + insurance + international freight cost)
• Does not apply to restricted products
• Applies to one shipment
• One shipment should not contain over two pcs of the same commodity

REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY:

Complete the Alert form. This must be done before the merchandise is received at our warehouses in Miami.

WHAT IF YOUR SHIPMENT EXCEEDS THE THRESHOLD:

• Mongol Post will notify you that you shipment is held by customs. You will be given the clear instructions of further steps.
• The goods can be personally declared at the post office.
• Mongol Post may declare to customs on your behalf. You should pay the service fee to Mongol Post.
