FOR PERSONAL SHIPMENTS!

To qualify for tax exemption, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be for personal or family use only
• The recipient must be an individual (natural person)
• All required documentation must be submitted to Omniva
• The CIF value must not exceed USD 2,200 (invoice value + insurance + international shipping cost)
• Does not apply to restricted items
• Applies to one shipment only
• A shipment must not contain more than two units of the same item
  

REQUIREMENTS:

You must complete a Pre-Alert form before your shipment arrives at our warehouse in Miami.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT EXCEEDS THE THRESHOLD:

• Mongol Post will notify you if your shipment is held by customs and provide further instructions
• You may complete the customs declaration yourself at the post office
• Mongol Post may complete the declaration on your behalf (service fees may apply)
