What information do you need to Submit a Pre-Alert?

Invoice from the Seller.

Make sure you keep the invoice issued by the store at the time of purchase. It should include item details and the total amount paid. This document is required to process your shipment.

Tracking number

The tracking number is a unique code provided by the online store in the U.S., usually within 1–2 days after purchase. It is required to submit your pre-alert.

Log in to your account and select: How to Pre-Alert?

Enter Tracking Number

Select the carrier and enter your tracking number. This information is provided by the online store.

Add Purchase Details

Enter your order details, including store name, product name, and value.

Upload Invoice

Upload your invoice (purchase receipt) as a file.

Important: If you do not provide proof of purchase, your shipment may be delayed as it may require additional inspection by customs upon arrival in Mongolia.

  • You must submit a separate pre-alert for each tracking number

  • If your order includes multiple tracking numbers, upload the corresponding invoice for each one

  • When your package arrives at our U.S. facility, shipping charges will be applied automatically if a valid payment method is saved in your account
