Invoice or Invoice from the commercial store.

Select the carrier and enter the tracking # for your shipment, from the online store to your Omniva locker in Miami. This information is sent to you by the online store to your email within 1 or 2 days.

Enter your purchase information (Store name, product name and value).

Upload the invoice as a file, or in other formats.

  • If you provide your package information in advance, you help the nationalization process to be successful.
  • As there is no proof of purchase, the delivery time of your item may be extended as the products are inspected by customs one by one upon entering Mongolia.



REMEMBER:

Important: You must repeat the same pre-alert process with each tracking that the online store has provided you. If an order has 5 tracking numbers or more, you must attach the same invoice to each of the tracking numbers.

Keep in mind When you enter Mongolia, you will be automatically charged if you have a registered credit or debit card or you will receive an email to make the payment from your account.
